Once you decide to obtain a LandPrints plot of the property of your interest, you can send us your data in one of several ways:

Mail a copy of the deed or document that contains the land description to:

Email me, Fred Arbogast, at chart@landprints.com with an attached, scanned image of your land description document.

FAX a document to us at (209) 890-7558 containing the land description.

Email your "carefully" re-typed land description within the message text to chart@landprints.com .  Try to avoid mistakes and "typos".  Here is the information we need for each LandPrints product:

• Name of Property you want placed on the plot.
• Course Sequence Clockwise or Counterclockwise? (we can deduce this if you can't)
• Input Dimensions to be used.  (see "Units")
• Output Dimensions required.  (see "Units")
• Optional products requested. (see "Options")
• Special Notation or Historical Studies. (see "Historical")
• The data required if you want House Placement. (see "Options")
• Designation of each Course for property boundaries in a table with the headings shown below in white. (see the "Basic Product" data page for an example)    If House Placement is required, include footprint information using the "Rhode Island Method". (see "The Boundaries")
